The debut EP 'Illustrious' is a culmination of sound from electronic, hip hop and Indie genres that fuse together to create something new, exciting and fresh in the over saturated every expanding electronic music scene.

The debut single 'Illustrious' is inspired by Jamie XX with other influences ranging from Kaytranada to James Blake.

Elmntry is well aware of the merge between organic and electronic instruments and understands how these compliment each other when used in different experimental contexts.

Certain feelings of misery, joy, mystery and anger fuel Elmntry's production aesthetic as he manipulates sounds original created, sampled and further transformed, blending textures equivalent to a painter working on an empty canvas.

Elmntry's strong desire to further express himself push him to explore part's of himself in sound that are yet to be discovered. His laid back nature is translated through the subtitles of his work making sure you always find your way to the dance floor.
